Jeanine DeBoer, Community Manager
Born in Polk County, Jeanine has spent nearly half of her life living up north and is no stranger to the winters that sunny Florida is such a welcome reprieve from… Most recently, she is returning from Cleveland, Ohio, and before that, she spent fifteen years in Rochester, New York. She has enjoyed 15 years of self-employment as a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and has managed, sold, and leased hundreds of affordable housing properties. In 2024, Jeanine sold nearly 100 homes in six months across the greater Tampa, FL, region. She cannot wait to meet you all, welcome new purchasers to the community, and assist our residents who want to sell! Before her real estate and property management career, Jeanine worked as a reporter for a legal news service and wrote community news for the Florida Times-Union after graduating with her bachelor’s in Communication from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. She enjoys being able to spend time with her family in Winter Haven, her crazy rescue pup “Mazey”, adventures, photography, music, true crime, and a good Malbec.
Christine Mullinex, Administrative Assistant
Christine brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others to our team. With an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, she has a strong foundation in organization, communication, and business operations. She enjoys learning new things, solving problems, and finding creative ways to make sure every resident’s experience is a great one.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and making memories with the people who matter most to her. She loves taking on new challenges, growing both personally and professionally, and finding joy in the little things in life. She believes that a friendly smile, a can-do attitude, and treating people with kindness can make all the difference.
Christine is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to getting to know our residents, building lasting relationships, and helping everyone who walks through the door feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. She believes that great service starts with a genuine connection, and she is always happy to go the extra mile to make someone’s day a little brighter!
