Linsey Walker, Regional Manager

Linsey serves as Regional Manager for Rickert Properties, overseeing communities across Georgia, Michigan, and South Carolina. With a strong background in leadership and property management, she is passionate about creating welcoming, resident-focused communities where people feel connected and at home.

She joined Rickert Properties in 2022, bringing a people-first approach and years of experience. Prior to property management, Linsey spent 19 years in retail leadership before transitioning into the industry and managing manufactured home communities since 2017.

Outside of work, Linsey enjoys thrifting, decorating, and a little adventure — including ziplining. She’s also a proud dog mom to her Cavapoo, Hunter.

Jeanine DeBoer, Community Manager

Born in Polk County, Jeanine has spent nearly half of her life living up north and is no stranger to the winters that sunny Florida is such a welcome reprieve from… Most recently, she is returning from Cleveland, Ohio, and before that, she spent fifteen years in Rochester, New York. She has enjoyed 15 years of self-employment as a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and has managed, sold, and leased hundreds of affordable housing properties. In 2024, Jeanine sold nearly 100 homes in six months across the greater Tampa, FL, region. She cannot wait to meet you all, welcome new purchasers to the community, and assist our residents who want to sell! Before her real estate and property management career, Jeanine worked as a reporter for a legal news service and wrote community news for the Florida Times-Union after graduating with her bachelor’s in Communication from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. She enjoys being able to spend time with her family in Winter Haven, her crazy rescue pup “Mazey”, adventures, photography, music, true crime, and a good Malbec.
